The rain continues - 04/15/06

It has rained on each of the first 15 days of April. Mudslides in Marin County are a real threat for the next few months, even if it stops raining now. There have been several mudslides in Fairfax - one on Forrest Ave. about 250 yards from our house. A man and his home were buried in a Mill Valley mudslide last week. Our lot and foundation are being subjected to some of the most severe conditions they are likely to see. Hats off to our engineers.
In spite of the rain, things are progressing. We hope to ask for our occupancy inspection within the next two weeks!
